I am due to shortly complete the purchase of our dream home with Alan Batt and his wonderful team. The girls in the office have been so helpful, quickly responding to my questions and keeping me up to date with the progress of our purchase, despite the fact that this is my first purchase so I have bombarded them with numerous questions and working towards a 6 week turnaround. I am so pleased with the service I received that we have chosen to rent my partners property via Alan. Although not the cheapest on the market they were competitive and I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and the numerous 5* reviews on here reflect that. He also came highly recommended by a close friend who has previously worked for other agents. When Alan came to value the house I found him to be a wonderful man, helpful and very straight talking. Rather than attempt to sell his services as others had he gave me useful constructive advice specific to the house and spent a long time talking me through everything whilst playing with my 9 month old son who had taken a shine to him. He was clearly very proud of his staff and firms reputation and I can see why. So far there is absoloutely nothing I can fault them on. Keep up the good work!!

I personally have had a very poor experience with this estate agents. My intial meeting with Alan went great but things quickly went down hill costing me the sale of my house and the planned purchase of my next home. It has been a very stressful experience hence I am awake at this hour. His staff in my opnion lack skill, making a catalogue of errors and Alan appears to not be close enough to his business as if he actually knew what had gone I am sure a contact from him would have been prompt & I am sure a sincere apology given. I do not make a habit of complaining - never do & am nervous writing this but people working in this industry and their actions greatly affect peoples lives mine not for the good in this instance. I am sorry to post this but feel it necessary.
