GoogleMe and my partner have been with reeds rains for 2-3 weeks now and the whole journey has been extremely smooth sailing, we had our viewing and were moved into our new home within the matter of 2 weeks. Elise and Hayley have been extremely helpful with our move and have checked up on us over the 3 weeks to see whether there is anything we need help with during this time. They have reassured us and any issues we have encountered they have fixed.

Unprofessional and unhelpful staff. We loved the property we inquired about, but the listing was not transparent hence why I think such a beauty property is still not rented yet and has even been reduced. There is no parking and it is unfurnished, though the listing will not state this. When called to ask, two agents could not point out to the written bit where it says it is unfurnished or furnished, with one condescending agent hanging up the phone.

salford quays barance were the worst letting agents we have been unfortunate enough to have dealings with, if you can avoid them I suggest that you do. the move in inventory was a work of fiction with not a single fault or damage mentioned and the flat was filthy with numerous items of damage and disrepair that they are now trying to claim from us after moving out and leaving the place in better condition that we moved in Jessica was so tardy at arranging repairs that we gave up. never again would we deal with these people
