From start to finish the service was fantastic, they kept us in the loop with anything and was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions from us. GoogleUnprofessional outfit, went to a viewing with Marko who we vibed with but sadly the property was pulled. He then offered us two other properties to view and sent Terri out to meet us and show us. She knew no facts about the properties, rent, times that they would be ready etc. "I dont know ill have to ask the landlord" well how can we decide if we know nothing about the place? I asked should I call Marko and discuss with him, as he seemed to at least know something, and she told me not to speak to Marko or trust him as he lies. I work in sales myself and would never speak about a colleague to a client that way, we were flabbergasted. Anyway. We were interested in one of these properties so applied, and Terri phoned us to say that the landlord wanted to inspect my flat to see how much damage my cats would cause if he was to rent to me! This felt so invasive, I've never had to invite someone into my home before so that they can decide if I'm fit to rent to, times have changed I guess. Off the back of this visit I have had 0 contact fron Mylers. No verdict on if the visit went okay or if we could rent it, despite phoning them back twice. Just a total waste of our time, and the person who did the visits time as that was not Terri. We have since found somewhere else with a more reputable lettings agents and we moved in yesterday.

GoogleCalled them out to value our house a couple of years ago. The owner came out under valued it and tried to convince me he knew what he was talking about. But wasn't very convincing instead he came across as a complete conman so never used him. But in general not a recommended estate agent at least by myself anyway

GoogleI can't fault the service received from Mylers. From viewings to sale they were so helpful. As I was selling property after a bereavement they helped ease my mind at a very difficult time. They also helped my sister rent a new home. I must thank Denise especially for all her help. Paul- give her a rise I would recommend Mylers to anyone.
