Laura and the team at Mylers did a fantastic job of marketing and quickly selling our recently refurbished house. Laura was so enthusiastic about our property and she quickly found the perfect buyers who have just moved into their new "dream home". We can highly recommend Myler & Co Estate Agents, they were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, starting with the initial survey carried out by Paul Myler, who was brilliant, followed by the excellent ongoing support from Laura, Mandy and Kerys. They were always easy to contact and responded very quickly whenever we needed anything. We’re really pleased we chose them. Other agents in the area often didn’t even pick up the phone, even after we’d viewed one of their properties and were trying to provide feedback, so we’re very glad they weren’t selling our home. From the first point of contact after finding our new home Mylers friendly efficient staff Dean, Mandy and Laura all offered us their expert guidance which made our transaction purchase run very smoothly. With Lauras strong professional skills we were able to secure the property to everyone's satisfaction very quickly. Promise you the world but never deliver! I have been trying to get a house to rent in Widnes for 4 years now and Dean and Terri offered to help after trying elsewhere and being unsuccessful. All seemed lovely to start with then Terri began ignoring my emails and Dean never returned my phone calls. I was asked to do various things to make myself 'rent ready' which I did and then I waited and waited and heard nothing from them. I emailed Terri again and she didn't reply. Eventually I was told by another member of staff that she was on holiday and would be in touch when she returned. 12 weeks later and STILL no property for me even though they KNOW how desperate we are for this move! Terri told me the problem was that I have dogs when I have told them both I will rehome them to get the move me and my family deperately need. I have eventually had to disconnect from being sold a dream because it was obviously all rubbish! To be honest I can't imagine they're very good to have as the go between from tenant to landlord and I'm probably better off without being their tenant anyway! Can't recommend anything about this company!

I don't recommend this agency.We bought the house from them and received the house in an undesirable mess, not to mention that the buying process was very slow. And the house we stayed in before also belonged to this agency. After we turned in the key, and cleaned the whole house we got an call from them that ,and they said"the house it was not clean" and they did not return our deposit. Miserable people, I do not recommend at all!

I wish i could give 0 star. We got email confirmation for a house viewing, we travelled for 40 minutes and carry a nerwborn to visit. We called and the reception said the agent would arrive in 10 minutes. Waiting for 30 minutes the agent was still not yet arrived. I called and asked the receptionist said the tenant was not there but we were just outside the house and knew that the tenant was in. I tried to clarify but the receptionist shut my phone. I hope no one would suffer this again.
