GoogleExcellent service from Ashtons; I was impressed with Rob who explained the rationale re the price to sell and the photographs were stunning. I received an offer immediately and the whole process was smooth. Particular thanks to the office staff who did exactly what they said they would do and always returned my calls. I would highly recommend.

FacebookAshtons in Penketh have been fantastic in selling our house. The team are very efficient! We had a lot of viewings and all were followed up with feedback. Viewings were booked at times convenient to us, or the team took the viewings on our behalf. During the sale all paperwork/particulars were also sent to us. I cannot recommend Ashtons enough. Very professional and helpful. Thank you Mike, Katy & Nick - you have been brilliant throughout the whole process.

FacebookI used Ashtons (Newton-Le-Willows branch) to sell my house and they were absolutely brilliant. I needed a quick sale as I had already found my dream home. Within 24 hours my house was up on Rightmove and viewings booked. Within a week my house has sold for the price I wanted. They were brilliant at keeping me updated and answering any questions. Thanks so much to Simon and Stacey for all your help. 5 βοΈs !!!

FacebookWe recently bought our new house with Ashtons in Newton and have to say both Stacey and Simon were fantastic throughout the sale from start to finish. They were not only professional but ever so informative and friendly. Stacey kept us informed and nothing was ever to much trouble, in fact it was always a pleasure to speak to her. Thanks again and we are now very happy home owners on Winwick Park :-)

The agent that showed us around the property was incredibly intrusive and judgemental I would even say racist. It felt like we were being interrogated by the agent for wanting to relocate. The agent asked too many intrusive questions and actually had the cheek to ask if me and my partner were together a few times. My partner is from overseas. Thank you for letting us see the narrow minded folk of York prior to making a big mistake.

FacebookWe used the Newton Le Willows to sell our house and the team there was great, Simon did the valuation but we mainly dealt with Stacey Jones who was a complete star and couldn't do enough to help us, she kept us informed about what was going on every step of the way. Emails where answered quickly and in all it was a smooth experience. Highly recommended .

Possibly the worst estate agent in history. We live opposite this bunch of fools in St Albans and for the last three years their alarm goes off after midnight all the time and we cannot sleep .if they cannot sort out an alarm problem then they are not that good for property matters . Avoid at all costs.

GoogleAshtons sold my house within a couple of days of marketing. The whole process was dealt with very efficiently. The photography inside and above the house was excellent showing the size of the plot highlighting the property in full. The staff were very professional and friendly and I'd definitely recommend and use Ashtons again. Thank you for an easy pleasant sale π

Absolutely awful. After being accepted by landlord they found a y reason for revenge on me After reporting one of them for discrimination, well she got her revenge and we have been left without a house to move too... now struggling to find a new home After having given notice to my landlords. Only one of them deserves some respect COLIN HICKEY, only professional agent.
