GoogleI would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Ashtons for their help and support selling my sister's house, during my grief. From the second I walked through the door, their friendliness and kindness at such a stressful time was unbelievable. All staff where very professional and very friendly, which put me at ease. Amy, Beth-Ann and Simon were incredible throughout and supported us through every step of the process from valuation and sale, through to purchase and completion. The team kept us consistently up to date (not something you get with every estate agent!), and worked through any challenges with us to ensure a timely resolution and successful move. Would definitely recommend to anyone moving locally and would use again. Fantastic and professional team - thank you!

As first time buyers we obviously had a lot of queries and questions and Stacey was so attentive and informative from day one. She replied promptly with honest and frequent updates and reassured us through out the proccess, making sure we were always involved and up to date. She was extremely friendly and had great customer service and went above and beyond. I would honestly recommend ashtons as an estate agents because of Stacey to friends and family and want to say a massive thank you to her for making this experience as smooth as possible and ensuring our journey buying our first property was as exciting as it's suppose to be. We really hope Stacey gets the recognition she deserves for doing such a great job! :)

FacebookWe have recently bought our first house through ashtons in Newton Le Willows; and right from the start Stacey was on hand to help us with anything. It took us a few months to find a house we love and at first we was beaten when making the offer. Stacey and Simon both had to deal with my emotional side when I thought I’d lost my first home, they was great! The house took a while to go through due to probate so Stacey had to deal with my constant nagging, moaning and questions for 6 months! Now that we are in our home we can’t thank her enough, from all the visits she made for us, to chasing up emails, answering all our questions and giving us reassurance she was great the whole process! FacebookWe recently bought and sold with Ashtons in Newton le Willows and also used their mortgage advisor Joanne Hickey. We can't fault the service. From day one when we arranged the viewing in what is now our new home through ringing Stacey in bits when our first buyer fell through. Our house went on the market the week before Christmas and we moved into our new home on 24th feb. Buying and selling in 2 months!! Both simon and Stacey were brilliant. But special mention to Stacey who really did go above and beyond when things got tricky. Joanne arranged the mortgage with no hiccups too. We're never moving again coz moving day was too hectic but if we ever do Ashtons would be my first contact. Highly recommended ���

FacebookSold our property through the Newton branch and the guys were fantastic throughout. Like most sales it wasn't the most straightforward and and we hit a few bumps along the way but both Simon and Stacey were great in terms of keeping us updated and communicating any issues we were facing. It all got very rushed at the end (through no fault of Ashtons) but they were great at pulling various aspects together, safe to say it probably wouldn't have gone through in time if they weren't so proactive. Not that we're ever planning on moving ever again but if we did we wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Both before during and after the sales process Stacey, Simon and the team at Ashton's were very professional in dealing with any queries that we had. On top of that we requested multiple viewings before we made our minds up and each was one was fitted in for us with the minimum of fuss.
