Joe valued our house for sale and showed us round a few properties he was selling and was head and shoulders above any other estate agent we interacted with. For both he came so well prepared and it was hard to have any questions because he had already thought of them and had the answers ready to go for anything you wanted to know about the property/process. Joe was extremely thorough, generous with his time and knowledge about the wider market and we'd highly recommend him.

I recently purchased my house, which was listed by Ashtons Estates, and had the pleasure of working with Andrea throughout the process. Buying a house can, of course, be stressful, but Andrea managed to make the whole experience feel remarkably straightforward and, dare I say, enjoyable. What really stood out was her good old-fashioned human approach, compassion, empathy, understanding and a genuine willingness to help both the seller and buyer. Andrea was integral to making that happen. From the very beginning, Andrea was warm, welcoming and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She showed me around the property with real charm and enthusiasm, and throughout the process, communication was fantastic. Whenever either of us needed something, it was simply a phone call or an email away, and we always seemed to be on the same page. I honestly cannot thank Andrea enough. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel surprisingly delightful, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Ashtons Estates are extremely lucky to have Andrea on board. If there were such a thing as a “pay rise based on customer reviews”, I’d certainly be putting in a good word! 😄 (thoroughly deserved!) Thank you, Andrea, for making the whole experience such a positive one.

Excellent support throughout sale process and understanding to sensitive issues/requests, extremely proactive in getting things underway and promoting sale when initial offer fell through. Our sale agent - Beth, was wonderful and I really appreciate all her work in getting to a successful sale. Nothing was ever too much and made a stressful process so much easier, providing reassurance at every step. Very well organised and engaged throughout. Would definitely recommend to others.

There were a few hiccups at the start regarding who had authority to sell the house (probate) and who to speak to. But once I explained that only my name was on the Grant of Probate, everything went smoothly after that. Emily kept me informed every step of the way and was especially helpful on completion day, taking photos of the gas, electric and water meters. They were then emailed to me so I could contact the relevant suppliers of the final readings, as I couldn't be there on the day. The photos and aerial shots they took of the house were excellent. I would highly recommend Ashtons Widnes for selling your house, their communication was excellent! I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for that misunderstanding at the start!

Amazing service from the whole team. From the very first contact at valuation Rob was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Once signed up professional pictures were taken of our property to showcase it in its best light. Viewings were regularly booked in and feedback was always provided to us quickly. After an initial sale which unfortunately fell through due to other links in the chain the team went above and beyond to find a new buyer. Every member of the team were extremely helpful and supportive throughout this process. Their customer service standards stood out against the service from another estate agent who we liaised with for the purchase of our new property. Nothing was too much for them and we cannot thank you all enough for everything that you have done especially during the later stages of our sale and purchase. Emily, who looked after our sale, was always available to speak to keeping us informed and calm.
