GoogleWent to view a studio. When I arrived there were 3 other people waiting to view the same studio. Noone turned up to show us around and I waited an hour to view the property at which point we realised they probably were not coming. No contact to let us know noone was coming just left 4 people outside the property.
Thank you for your recent review. We are obviously disappointed with your one star but can also appreciate your frustration. Regarding this particular viewing, the tenant at the property was conducting the viewings themselves and not our agency. The appointment was booked in good faith and was not our error. Therefore regrettably this was beyond our control. We wish you all the best in your property search.
