I would like to share my absolute faith in all the individuals who are there for you at Cowling and Payne. Both from the brilliant letting’s side Sales along with the very helpful Accounts department. All at Cowling and Payne nothing is too much trouble. Every situation that may arise and has for me been instantly addressed and taken care off. All of the letting staff make it pain free to settle any situations and dealing it without you having to worry. Sales section are also great also taking care of any situation which has become apprant. I would recommend to all my family and friends to deal with the professional guidance and support from all at Cowling and Payne. I have had great pleasure in working with the entire prompt individuals of all the staff for many years. I will always have confidence in all of the trades Cowling and Payne instruct to complete any work needed on my rental property.

The service leaves a lot to be desired. Misinformation, phone calls not returned. Poor tenancy checks. Dispute resolution is non existent. Thankfully I have not had to use these in a professional capacity and certainly never would.

Have used cowling and payne for over nine years now as a letting agent and have always found them extremely professional and very helpful all the staff are very friendly and when my previous tenant left they handled the new tenancy stress free process and good tenants they are not a chain and I wouldnt use any other agents.. Would definitely recommend whether buying selling or renting...

My husband and I cannot recommend Cowling and Payne enough, they are truly professional and very helpful when it came to us finding the perfect home that was suitable for us and our children.
