They were so friendly from the start and absolute life savers during the last stages of buying our home, chasing up solicitors and advocating on our behalf. Mark is first class in his dealings with my rentals and works tirelessly to provide a superior service which is courteous, efficient and 100% reliable at every stage. The team who deal with the day to day queries are fantastic as is the finance team. So many lovely people willing to help and advise in every respect and nothing is too much trouble. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else as I know I have the best team in my corner. Thanks to everyone, you truly deserve the praise you receive.

GoogleAs a landlord, I am very satisfied with the letting services provided by Cowling & Payne to help secure my first tenancy agreement. All staff members were courteous and professional throughout the process. In particular Mark and Vanessa have been very helpful from the start and have been responsive to numerous queries I raised and exercised diligence in the interest of all parties. I would highly recommend the company.

GoogleIf I could give no stars I would. Do not rent through this lot. They badmouth the landlord to you and then go back on what they have said and try and con you out of your deposit. Awful company.

From day one, everyone we’ve interacted with whether over the phone, through emails, or in person has felt more like a friend than just a property manager. We’ve always felt valued and completely taken care of, which is saying something since we never really set out to be landlords in the first place! We have used Cowling and Payne to rent our property for quite a number of years. The staff are always friendly and easy to talk to. They can be relied upon to give help and advice when needed and keep us up to date with current legislation regarding being a landlord, making the process of letting easy to manage. Their knowledge and experience means they are able to help with any problems that may occur. Would recommend them to anyone.

Due to personal circumstances which turned our world upside down, we looked to Cowling & Payne to help find us an appropriate property. We found them to be very professional and understanding, always keeping us updated with all that was going on. I can't recommend them enough. GoogleCowling and Payne have managed the letting of my flat for over 10 years and have always delivered an exemplary service. Exceptionally professional, consistently proactive and ever ready to help, the whole team are great communicators who can be relied upon to chase down all issues to a good conclusion. During gaps in tenancy, Cowling and Payne have managed numerous contractors, refurbishments and works without any fuss or bother. Importantly, over the years, I have found that they select their contractors with great care ensuring a job well done at a reasonable and fair price. In short, they are right at the top of their form and I have no hesitation in giving them my highest recommendation. 5 star all the way!

GoogleI never write reviews and am a born sceptic, and yet.................. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mark and his lettings team at Cowling & Payne for some 26 years. They are unfailingly, consistently professional and balanced in their approach to Tenant and landlord alike. The company admin is ultra reliable, with experience and energy in abundance. I literally cannot recommend Cowling & Payne enough - over the years other letting agents do not come close. If in the area, use this company, you will not be disappointed.
