GoogleWe had been trying to purchase a property for over a year, via Cowling & Payne, and they had sold ours. Eventually this fell through and we have now moved into a new property, however during what has been stressful time, James communication was excellent and when things did not go to plan, he was quick too react and support. I have already recommended C & P

GoogleI called eight times to arrange a viewing. Six times I didn't manage to get through to anyone and the other two I was told someone would call me back. This has happened on several occasions with this estate agent and I would not recommend them to anyone. Very poor quality and lazy employees.
