Since we put our place for sale, there were constant viewing and potential sales throughout. This agency won the most competitive award on the planet - Worst Estate Agents in London. Unreliable with communication unless it's about increasing rent. Threatening with not handing over the keys unless the full deposit and first month's rent were paid before they signed the contract (thankfully the branch manager retracted this when mentioning reporting them to ARLA). Year on year rent increases, with the cherry on top being an increase of 20% after living in the property for three years and having multiple major issues with the bathroom and broadband. Didn't show up to the check out inspection even though they stated they would and tried to gaslight us by telling us it's their procedure (spoiler alert: their own procedure itself states everyone has to be there). Tried to scam us out of our deposit for cleaning without providing evidence (images or the report), even though we left it cleaner than we found it. Thankfully mydeposit refunded us fully on providing evidence. I would highly suggest you stay clear of this one.

ATTENTION BUYERS AND SELLERS Most 'estate agents' will rely purely online portals to sell however in this current market that is not good enough to sell your property. My experience so far with Your Move Whitton has been a very positve one,Alan the branch manager is very direct and honest giving you a realistic valuation prior to marketing your property. Alan,Anish and Shahid adopt a very targeted approach matching properties to buyers and sellers expectation before veiwing saving everyone time and dissapointment. They do not just rely on the online portals instead there is a clear sales stratagey in place,veiwings are accompanied ,detailed,on time and not rushed. Feed back is prompt clear and concise,all actions are confirmed by email followed by a reminder and confirmation. In less that two weeks we have had several offers,naturally after veiwings,backed up by the necessary checks before hand and in writing. I would have no hesitation but to highly recomend Alan and his team who are very professional. Please be warned DO NOT get fooled by estate agents knocking on your door stating they have several buyers ready to buy your property at inflated unrealist prices they just do not exist.
