I had such a pleasent experience dealing with both Alan Woods and Anish Gola at Your Move Whitton. I was kept updated throughout the entire process from beggining to end. They are highly professional and very friendly. You can ask them any questions and they will come back to you extremely quickly no matter how busy they are. I feel they have a wide range of properties that cater for different budgets and they make sure to check all of their properties before going to market. I had a lot of questions upfront and they answered them all for me. I would highly recommend purchasing or selling through them, they make the process very simple and I cannot thank them enough for this smooth experience. This agency won the most competitive award on the planet - Worst Estate Agents in London. Unreliable with communication unless it's about increasing rent. Threatening with not handing over the keys unless the full deposit and first month's rent were paid before they signed the contract (thankfully the branch manager retracted this when mentioning reporting them to ARLA). Year on year rent increases, with the cherry on top being an increase of 20% after living in the property for three years and having multiple major issues with the bathroom and broadband. Didn't show up to the check out inspection even though they stated they would and tried to gaslight us by telling us it's their procedure (spoiler alert: their own procedure itself states everyone has to be there). Tried to scam us out of our deposit for cleaning without providing evidence (images or the report), even though we left it cleaner than we found it. Thankfully mydeposit refunded us fully on providing evidence. I would highly suggest you stay clear of this one. They can't even place the pin on the right point on the map. Edit: the response has false claims about rent increase amounts and that we only let them know of the issues when we were vacating. They also falsely claim communication breakdown when they explicitly stated otherwise in their own emails. Blatant lies and an attempt to save face 🤮

They originally sold us our house and were easy to deal with and we went back to them to sell our house. The chain had a lot of frustrating obstacles to overcome and very little movement for months. Very smooth experience for purchasing our first home. We viewed 2 houses under Your Move. On both occasions, Alan Woods showed us around. He is very professional and helpful. He gave us a background of the house and its previous owners - it’s good to know a brief history about the house we are buying. Among all the houses we viewed, only Your Move Whitton Branch provided us with a printed flyer/leaflet about the property. I know everything can be seen online but having this is still good. Due to Alan’s very professional manner of showing us the house and his expertise, we asked him for recommendations of a good mortgage advisor and solicitor. All of which helped us a lot in having a smooth and hassle-free sale. They took into consideration that we are keen to complete before 30th of June. Sold 1 bed flat through Your Move - Excellent experience. Interestingly, I also tried selling my property through a super cheap online estate agency and saw first hand the value of using a high street agency. I was followed by Alan in the valuation and marketing of the property. He had been very kind and professional throughout. His expertise and knowledge were very helpful. During the selling process, I was followed by his colleague Anish and his assistance was absolutely invaluable: I had a bad solicitor problem and Anish completely replaced him, kindly giving me updates on the process and explaining me in layman terms the steps I had to go through: he's been a life saver. With his brilliant relaxed attitude, he kept everyone cool when my solicitor went almost rogue, and kept me sane. Both Alan and Anish were both updated on my sale which makes it really easy when one them was out of office.
