GoogleI’ve never been a fan of estate agents but Woodward & Bishopp are genuinely nice people who are very good at their jobs. Bishopp is a great guy, thoroughly researching the background and market data when pricing which gives very high confidence in his valuations.
David, the progressor (the terminator!) actively chases down delays in the chain and robustly challenges solicitors.
Office staff always lovely and very helpful, they do whatever is needed if someone else is not available.
Nice genuine, honest company. I’d recommend for sure.

We sold promptly at the advised price. The sales team were very helpful and friendly and professional at all times. As the sale moved forward to completion we appreciated the time and attention taken by our sales progressor to keep all parties informed at every stage. Through no fault of Woodward & Bishopp, our completion day was unnecessarily complicated and it was thanks to the progressors skill and effort that we got moved the following day. We have only praise for the quality of service we received (and our buyers thought they were great too). They were worth every penny and thoroughly recommend them.
