GoogleCan’t say I’ve ever written a decent review of an estate agent, and we weren’t even the client paying; but Christine Scoble @ Kimber Woodward was quite simply amazing from start to finish. I’m quick to complain when service is poor but always appreciate those that go the extra mile. GoogleWe have no hesitation recommending Kimber Woodward, whether buying or selling a property, they are local agents with a great understanding of the areas in and around the east coast, the staff are brilliant and on the ball when it comes to chasing solicitors, arranging viewings and relaying offers, our initial meeting with Kristy Kimber could not have been more relaxed and informative immediately putting us at ease and confirming in our minds that we had chosen the right firm for the job. Then we had the fortune to have Christine Scoble from the Whitstable office oversee our sale, and she was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and she kept us informed every step of the way, which was more than our actual solicitor did! We would definitely use Kimber Woodward again.

The after care/support you receive once you have accepted an offer is where these guys really made their money and Christine especially has a brilliant working relationship with local solicitors which definitely sped the process up.
