Woodward & Bishopp were superb estate agents from start to finish. They gave us an honest valuation, the same we thought our property would be worth. They also supported us in securing our dream home, managing to sell ours in time and to not miss out. They kept contact throughout the process, (a special mention to Keri for all her support as the sales progressor) and supported us through a few challenges along the way. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy or sell in the area.

Having both bought and sold houses with Catal and the team at Woodward & Bishopp over the years I recommend them wholeheartedly to everyone looking to buy or sell. Despite the fact that we decided to withdraw the house from the market, the team at Woodward and Bishopp couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, straightforward and realistic. They were always available to answer questions and to talk anything through. They were never pushy, gave feedback about viewings and were suitably professional at all times. We were sorry not have been able to give them the chance to get a sale but had to take the house off the market for personal reasons. Would recommend them as agents unequivocally to other sellers. I chose Woodward & Bishopp to sell my house largely on the strength of Bishopp's attention to detail and congeniality. He recognised that a house has a personality. Mine sold to the first person who looked at it. Iona and all the staff at the office were always happy to answer my queries in a helpful and friendly way. It helps to have such supportive estate agents to show the way through any issues. My only quibble is that during the long sale processing period I would have liked a bit more communication from them, though I appreciate nothing much changed for weeks. Thanks for all your help W&B. You made the process pleasanter than it might have been.

My wife and I had resolved to buy a holiday home in Whitstable and discovered Woodward & Bishopp when seeking to be shown a few properties there. Kelly very kindly performed this task admirably. The house we liked the most was sold to someone else which was disappointing but Kelly continued to stay in touch and called my wife (who was in Dubai at the time) to alert us to the fact that the sale had fallen through and was back on the market. Kelly worked hard encouraging us to revisit the house and at that stage we were introduced to Bishopp, a principal at Woodward & Bishopp. We put in an offer and Bishopp could not have been more helpful in assisting us in achieving an extremely fast completion. I think from the date of our offer to completion only took 3 weeks 5 days. Truly a miracle and very much to the satisfaction of my wife and I as well as to the vendors. We could not recommend Woodward and Bishopp highly enough!

I have used many Estate Agents over the years, more than most having dabbled in property development. Woodward & Bishopp are by far the best I have ever had the pleasure of using. As a buyer you often find Estate Agents being disinterested at best, lacking honesty at worst and I am pleased to say that Woodward & Bishopp are a different bread altogether. From the outset they were always professional, extremely knowledgeable and first rate in terms of communications. My purchase was an extremely complex probate with multiple parties involved but the negotiating skills of David Creasey were absolutely first class. I never felt out of the loop and his ability to offer advice in areas where I was inexperienced were invaluable. As a buyer you do not really have a choice when it comes to the estate agent you deal with, so it was a pleasant shock to have the luck of dealing with Woodward & Bishopp. When I next have something to sell in the area, this will be my first point of call and I'm very confident the service will be as excellent as it has been when buying through them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
