GoogleMy experience with Woodward and Bishopp was entirely positive: they have an open and honest approach and were professional and efficient at all stages of my house sale. Sam Birch kept me updated with events and was always sympathetic and helpful; Bishopp's knowledge of the housing market is excellent.

GoogleI found everyone at Kimber Woodward very helpful and professional. Bishopp was outstanding and handled issues very professionally at all times. I was very impressed with Chris. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Chris kept me updated at all times from the office and latter when she was working from her home. My sale had a few complications which Chris handled with excellent professionalism. The sale of my property would not have been completed if it wasn't for Chris's hard work. Chris is an absolute asset to Kimber Woodward.

GoogleAll estate agents are the same, right? Wrong! Kimber Woodward make all other local agents look like amateurs. Tall claim? Here's why: No hard sell: we were initially buying and selling with KW and were impressed that there was no hard selling. Viewings were arranged with super efficiency for both potential purchase and sale. Responsiveness: Any time we needed them they were there. Emails were returned in super quick time, messages responded to and any issues dealt with immediately. On the ball: Christine, our main contact, was super efficient and impressed by being up to date on every tiny detail throughout. Other agents were shambolic by comparison (we wound up buying from one of them and it was striking how badly they performed by comparison with KW). Genuine: throughout all the staff at KW presented as genuinely interested in us and our requirements. They were also that hard to find mixture of businesslike and friendly, reassuring and realistically clear. Value for money: I don't regret paying KW a penny of their commission - they all worked their socks off for us and deserve any commission they made. In summary: Clever, knowledgeable, genuine and efficient people, all of them. They know their stuff and know how to get on with it from start to finish. We would never hesitate to use Kimber Woodward again and recommend them without reservation. Thank you all at KW.

They made the whole process of buying my first property an absolute pleasure and so simple. The team at the Whitstable branch were approachable, very easy to get convenient viewing appointments, great communication throughout the whole buying process and they made me feel like a truly valued client. Would like to give a special mention to Christine Scoble at this branch - very kind, incredibly helpful and a wonderful member of staff. She made the buying process so easy and stress-free, always took the time to answer any of my questions, kept me updated throughout and I really appreciate having her help with my purchase. I’m incredibly happy with my beautiful Whitstable property and that I used this amazing agent estate, can’t praise them enough and would certainly recommend them - many thanks to Chris and the whole team at KimberWoodward!!!

GoogleWe used Kimber Woodward to sell our property. Bishop and Georgia were really friendly and helpful when we were thinking about going on the market. We didn’t feel any pressure at all to go with them which is part of the reason why we did. Through the whole process they were brilliant, they got our property on the market really quickly and the photos looked amazing, and they were always at the end of the phone if I had any questions. They managed to sell our property really quickly on the 2nd viewing and we got more than we even expected so were really pleased. There was also no pressure to move quickly to find somewhere else, and once we did find somewhere Chris was fab with chasing up solicitors and always keeping us updated. Overall I’d really recommend KW and wouldn’t use anyone else again. Thank you to everyone at Whitstable branch we really do appreciate all your hard work.

GoogleKristy Kimber is a lovely, genuine person who takes the time to really understand your needs and wants, before offering her expert, unbiased advice! If you are undecided about selling or extending I would recommend speaking with her, and she will help you with your decision making, looking fairly at all options. Kristy instructs her staff to be as honest and hardworking as she is. I have sold previous property with KimberWoodward and they are the most personable, trustworthy, hardworking agents I have ever dealt with... Reassuring esp when selling and buying houses entails dealing with large amounts of money and having random people looking around your home!! I could not recommend them more. Glad to have them there for us.

GoogleI recently completed on my sale and purchase using Kimber Woodward. The whole team, from valuations (Bishopp), to sales, and then on to progression officers (Dave and Marilyn) were fantastic. After valuing my property and me agreeing to go on the market with Kimber Woodward, I had 2 potential buyers (both who made offers) round looking at my house before the property had actually even gone live on the market! The gentleman, who came and took photos of my house, was extremely talented and showed my house off perfectly. After accepting an offer (very close to my asking price), I spoke with the team about my requirements for my next property- again they were spot on, showing me houses that they thought would meet my needs. All in all I believe it took approximately 3 weeks from my initial valuation to having offers accepted on my sale and purchase. Next came the real stars of the show, with Dave (Marilyn, when Dave was on holiday) dealing with my queries and pushing the sale/purchase quickly. My purchase had a caveat- I had to complete within a certain time frame- Dave and in fact all of the team helped ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Start to finish it took approximately 9 weeks. I cannot fault Kimber Woodward and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleI have recently purchased through Kimber Woodward and cannot speak highly enough of the dedicated team in the Whitstable office. Nothing was too much trouble and, bearing in mind I wasn't the fee payer as a buyer, the level of service was second to none. Buying and selling can be a stressful time but they kept me informed every step of the way, even getting in touch when there was no news just to maintain communication and soothe a weary buyer! Other agents could learn a lot from them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kimber Woodward in the future. Keep up the good work!

Bishopp and all the team were absolutely fantastic. Not pushy at all like many other competitors- and it really felt like they cared about us and all their other clients. All of the viewings we attended/ had on our property were always on time (that goes a long way!) and we were always provided with information on the properties. GoogleWoodward & Bishopp are not your typical or average Estate Agent, thank goodness! Bishopp and his excellent team offer sound advice and support throughout what is undoubtedly a stressful time. As sellers, we suffered sales losses through no fault of the house but had no hesitation in staying with W&B who worked hard on our behalf to reach a successful conclusion. Unlike other agents we had past dealings with, W&B are honest and straightforward, great communicators and above all, professional. We went to W&B on the strength of their great reviews and they did not let us down. If we ever need to sell or buy in the future, we would have no hesitation in again using W&B. Highly recommended. They were a great estate agent to work with: • The marketing materials, photos, video and floor plan were of a very high quality and meticulously accurate • They had done careful research prior to making their recommendation on the price at which we should market the house • Throughout the process, the communication was excellent; they provided timely and accurate information on potential buyers, and regular updates once we had accepted an offer through to completion • Overall, this was a collaborative process with a great team of professionals. We have no hesitation in recommending W&B.
