GoogleRecently bought a property through Christopher Hodgson which turned into an incredibly problematic few months due to some issues at the bottom of the chain. Jacquie and all the team at Christopher Hodgson worked tirelessly to ensure that the chain did not fall apart and that everyone was kept up to date and in the loop. We really could not have asked for any better from an estate agent when buying a property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI most definitely made the right choice when deciding to use Christopher Hodgson estate agents for the sale of my property. All of the staff have been a delight to work with, from start to finish. Dealing with LOCAL agents who have been in business in the area for many years, means they know the their market very well. My dealings were mainly with Tom who was polite, friendly, respectful of my home and very professional at all times. But even Tom needs a day off!! And I found that all the agents at Christopher Hodgsons worked to the same high standards. Once the property was under offer I was kept informed of progress weekly by the brilliant Jaquie who is the companies sale progressor, and if I every needed to speak to the office on the phone I was always sure of a friendly greeting usually from Alice who although she had never met me knew who I was. Selling your HOME has the potential to be very stressful, but dealing with such a great team who have guided me through the process step by step has made the whole journey feel like 'a walk in the park' .. We are all quick complain when things go wrong or we do not get the service we had hoped for so it's so refreshing to give such a positive review. 'Credit where credit is due'

GoogleChristopher Hodgson sold my 3 bed house in Whitstable, it sold within 2 weeks, at full asking price. They have the usual things you should expect from a good estate agent: professional knowledgeable staff, impressive office, extensive marketing with lovely photos, but what was particularly impressive was the professionalism of their sales progression. Once I accepted the offer they were on the ball consistently right through to exchange, this service was significantly better than every estate agent I have used in the past. I would fully recommend them to anyone selling, or indeed buying, a property.

GoogleOur journey with Christopher Hodgson began 3 years ago when we rented my mother’s property in Blean when unfortunately she had to move to a care home closer to her family, that relationship with the company has continued ever since. The team responsible for managing the rental have been marvellous, Olivia Powell, Alice Link, Sally Mumford and Iryna Mamrych all delivering a first class professional service throughout the tenancy. We recently decided to market the property for sale and it didn't need a great deal of deliberating to decide that Christopher Hodgson’s should again be act as our agent. The team on this side of business were tremendously supportive, Tom Davies, Jacqueline Bell and Charlie Mansell all adding to the already gold star service. A special mention though, Jacqueline, Your approach and attention to detail has enabled us to travel this journey from beginning to end with ease, particularly when the situation changed from one day to the next when you removed us from the problems and handled them on our behalf Last but not least, Will Roalfe who heads the team; In business there is the subject titled “LEAN”. And you and the team certainly fulfil some of the principles within this solution to the smooth running of a successful business, Customer Value, Efficient and Perfection all delivered We thank you all and wish you all the best for the future

GoogleWe bought a house for which Christopher Hodgson was the agent and were incredibly impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and pro-activity. Even though they were not working 'for us' they helped sort out issues with our own buyer when the agent we were selling through did not. They were available immediately on email and phone and we had one dedicated person - Jacqueline Bell - who was managing the process throughout. She was personable, friendly and easily contactable and did all the chasing of various parties in the sale when issues came up - even though it was issues in our own sale that our own agent should have dealt with. She updated us by email as soon as there was any news and was by far the most helpful person in the whole process. Next time I would immediately go to Christopher Hodgson on the basis of this experience and would recommend them to anyone 100%.

They did sell it for her and helped and advised my mother with the very stressful purchase of her new one at a very difficult time in our lives. Very helpful given that I was remote from the property and helped handle an awkward buyer. A special call out for Jacqueline Bell who progresses the sale and manages communication. GoogleThis is the second time in a year that we’ve had reason to use CHEAs, first to buy and second to sell. As per our last review we find them to be completely professional, organised and friendly. Their selling fees were less than 2 other agents we had approached, which was a bonus. Their advice was honest and helped both seller and buyer. We sold within a very short time with CHEAs help.
