GoogleExcellent service at every stage from the Christopher Hodgson team. Joe Jezzard gave us an obviously correct (and well-evidenced) valuation and the team found us a buyer (at full asking price) within a short period. When that buyer (and later another) pulled out (no fault of ours or Christopher Hodgson), the team patiently dealt with the situation and we had another buyer within a short time. Jacqueline in sales progression could not have been more pleasant to deal with and was appropriately responsive. They are not willing to reduce their standard commission to compete with other agents who try to undercut them - but their rate is completely fair and we respected the fact that they want to treat all their vendors the same. We also liked the fact that the team is not too big so it was easy to talk to somebody who was familiar with our sale. We are very glad we used them and would certainly choose to do so again.

GoogleEstate agents often get a bad press, and in my experience, it is often deserved, however since using Christopher Hodgsons I have been pleased to find an estate agent that values the seller as much as the buyer. I would thoroughly recommend the services of Christopher Hodgsons Estate agents, they are polite, professional and very reasonable people. I will not bore people with my specific sale, which went extremely well, but just say this do yourself a favour and when it is time for you to move, make them your first call, even your only call, I cannot say more than that.

GoogleWe cannot recommend Christopher Hodgson Estate Agents highly enough. From the outset the sale of our property was conducted with the utmost professionalism, from the valuation to the photos and viewings. The agents were always punctual and structured the viewings to cause as little inconvenience to us as possible. Once the property was under offer the company really came into its own, we didn't quite realise at the time (not having moved for 20years) just how important the sales progression part of the process is. Jacqueline looked after us completely keeping us updated regularly, advising us on things we were unsure of, basically making herself available at any step of the way for reassurance, most definitely working in our best interest and going the extra mile. Our sale which potentially should have been quite straight forward on paper, didn't quite work out that way with but with these people working on our behalf, gave us the confidence to carry on and ultimately complete the sale. GoogleOur company has had experience with a number of letting agents over the years and Christopher Hodgson has been the best we have encountered. We spend a lot of time, love, energy and money making nice rental homes and we want an agent that recognises that. We have found the whole team professional, committed and very capable of delivering a service that protects our interests. The small team is highly experienced in managing property and people as they endeavour to protect both tenant and landlord. They are "on the ball" with any issues, very proactive, take ownership of any problems that arise and provide a seamless service which we value very much. We have found this team to be the benchmark that all letting agents should be measured against. They surpass the high standards we have for managing our property and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleI live in the United States and had to take care of the sale of my elderly parents' home in Whitstable, from abroad. The Christopher Hodgson team were brilliant and assisted me with every aspect of the sale, including arranging cleaning, gardening, clearing and other services that needed to be accomplished prior to the sale and completion. They are extremely professional, responsive and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleReally fantastic service from everybody at Christopher Hodgson throughout the sale and purchase of our houses. I called so many times for advice and was always guided in such a professional and empathetic manor. At no point did I feel that I was an annoyance, even though I probably was! I was always able to speak to someone and get the help that I needed from them and felt so supported. Definitely a cut above the other estate agents who often transfer you through to a central team who no nothing about anything! Highly recommend them.
