Would highly recommend Alistair, the mortgage advisor at the ashington branch. He kept us updated throughout the whole process, was always available to us and explained everything clearly. We had excellent service from the very beginning, a great teaser video prior to full launch which showcased our house beautifully. The subsequent support from all staff was excellent providing us with reassurance and support all along the way . As things moved closer to completion Katie (Sales Progresser) provided us with superb support helping us to achieve the move within a particular timeframe we were very keen to achieve. Highly recommended ! Thankyou for all your support we greatly appreciate it !!!

Everything is explained ( including the charges) and if it not for his sound advice we would have withdrawn from and very lengthy and unnecessarily complicated purchase . I used RMS Jesmond to find a tenant for our flat in Newcastle. From on the onset Cristy and team have been clear, helpful and proactive. The entire sign up, marketing, tenant finding and tenant processing (referencing and contracting) has been smooth and seamless. I was able to get a good tenant with an uplift on our rental income within 2 weeks of the property being emptied.
