It would be really easy to overlook Forsythe Residential given they are recently established, however in doing so would be a huge mistake. This family run estate agents will quickly establish itself as one of the best in Northern Ireland. From the first moment I spoke to Angela, I knew my partner and I would be using Forsythe Residential as our estate agent. Angela and her family were personable, friendly, passionate and extremely knowledgable. They made selling our house stress free, and efficient. I know I will certainly be using Forsythe Residential if I am buying or selling any properties in the future. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Forsythe Residential is a family run business, they made selling our house stress free from our first conversation to exchanging keys. Professional and personal, the whole team were always there to help with queries / advice to quickly resolve issues and get things moving. I highly recommend if considering selling your house to use this company. Their colourful boards are a lovely touch and we even got a beautiful bunch of flowers for our new home and a homeware voucher. Worst estate agency we have ever had to deal with. Vendors are divorcing and playing petty games. Not really interested in selling their property. Something Angela Forsythe was aware of from the beginning. We were not informed about the situation until much later on. Resulted in thousands of pounds down the drain. Avoid like a plaque.
