Forsythes posted the property on social media, as I was spending my entire days searching for a property for the kids and I, I seen it as soon as it came on and was on the phone within minutes - I knew it was the one! I was first to view the house and the welcome and knowledge from agent was excellent. I wasn’t rushed or hurried along, I was given all the details and had all my questions answered and more! The process from offer to purchase was flawless! In less than six weeks from offer to completion, I am in my beautiful new home and couldn’t be happier! Thank you to Angela and her team for making what was a very stressful decision to move, so very effortless! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thank you x

Would put zero if I could. I had the very unfortunate experience of falling for a property being marketed by Forsythe Residential Estate Agents. I found the manner in which Ms Forsythe conducted negotiations to be rather peculiar and unprofessional. I did manage to obtain a sale agreed on the property but as sale proceedings progressed I was alarmed by Ms Forsythe's lack of co-operation and my overwhelming belief that there was an element of subterfuge to her actions. This culminated in the sale falling through and me reporting Forsythe Residential Estate Agents to the Property Redress Scheme, their governing body. They found in my favour and I was awarded compensation which an animal charity was grateful to receive. This was never about the money but about clarifying that there had been failings by Forsythe Residential Estate Agents despite Ms Forsythe's attempts to convince me that I was an overly sensitive first-time buyer.

I recently used this company for both buying and selling a property, and overall I was very satisfied with the service provided. It’s a small team of three people, and all of them are readily available. They return messages promptly and keep you informed every step of the way. The business WhatsApp is a great feature as you can post updates and questions when they come into your head and you’re not waiting for phone calls to be returned. They have a modern and progressive business outlook and based on my own experiences I would strongly recommend them. I had decided to go with Forsythe Residential before my property was even ready to go up on the market, and I’m really glad I followed through with my decision and chose Forsythe for the sale process. I don’t think I could have reached completion with any other estate agent due to the particular nature of the sale cycle of my (now former) property. We encountered some atypical challenges along the way, but Angela’s determination, professionalism and resourcefulness made a huge difference, helping to move things forwards and eventually get things over the finish line. I felt guided, supported and even “hand-held” throughout the whole sale, and especially at crucial points in the process. I sold my house through Forsythe just before Christmas. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I met with multiple agents and Forsythe felt right. As much as other agents wanted me to state that I had chosen Forsythe purely due to their lower rate I will state again this was not the case. The reason I chose Forsythe was because of their relatability, human approach and their ongoing availability with regards to communication. They had availability outside of the normal working hours of 9-5 which is what I needed as someone who also works full-time. Any queries I had Angela and the team could answer. They also provided added extras of a cleaning crew and removals companies as well as an interior designer to set your home to look it’s best if required. All of these are optional extras which I felt were nice touches. Excellent company and would use again in a heartbeat.

However on meeting Owen and Angela ,we had the confidence to place our home on the market with Forsythe Residential. It was certainly not a decision we regret. They delivered exceptional service, from picking our choice of board, professional photographs and communication the service was seamless. Compared to competitors we got exceptional value for money without service delivery being compromised in any way. The director Angela was always honest, frank and realistic and always contactable. We had a large home with 5 bedrooms , Angela said prospective buyers were having difficulty visualising furniture in the house as all furniture had been removed , she suggested dressing the ground floor, she commissioned Joanne from Decor Interiors who really did an amazing job transforming the house Within days the house was sale agreed. I am not going to lie, before I first met Fiona at a house we went to view, I had never heard of Forsythe Residential. Very much the new kids on the block at that time but the growth I have seen in both their brand and presence over the last few months has been phenomenal and having taken the plunge(simply because we really liked Fiona at that first meeting) and engaging with them to sell our own property, I fully understand why. Simply put, these guys do things right and are a joy to work with. They engage a professional photographer, Davie Hayes to make your house look its absolute best. They give you small detailed choices like choosing the colour of your own board and can provide a range of add on functions including a great cleaning service which we utilised and were very happy with. Honestly though what sets them apart from the rest is Angela, the director. Angela was in constant contact with me, always available to answer my many queries even in the evening and weekends, I absolutely had her tortured as our buying process(through a different agency) was anything but straightforward but Angela continued to be patient and made herself available and remained calm with a great sense of humour when I was losing my head and patience. I cannot recommend these guys enough and I would absolutely choose them time and time again over any of the soo called, "established names". I fully expect Forsythe to become market leaders in the area and that will not be because of cheaper fees etc it will be because people, buy people and this family owned business is run by a team of fantastic people expertly led by Angela! Forsythe Residential as a company are simply fantastic, from the initial contact, viewing of the property, handling my offer, helping me until completion, and then collecting my keys. Angela made my home purchase possible, sure you can choose from an array of estate agents but Forsythe's from day one made sure I was kept updated of my purchase at every stage, even when I was bombarding them with emails on a daily basis! They sent us frequent updates which were really helpful. When you're working you don't have time for phone calls and to chase people. They provided a valuation, a introduction to an interior designer, great photographer and marketing (which resulted in approx 40 viewings).
