We viewed lots of houses with different estate agents, but Angela at Forsyth Residential was by far the best. She actually cared about us as buyers, which really stood out after our experiences with other estate agents, especially as first-time buyers. Angela went above and beyond for us, always answered her phone (even on weekends and out of hours), and made sure everything kept moving smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for more, she made the whole experience a pleasure. We would highly recommend Forsythe Residential!

The team at Forsythes was just brilliant. Nothing seems to be a bother to them whatever you request of them. They have just sold my dad's house after he passed away and the sale completed last week. We had an excellent experience working with Forsythe Residential. From the beginning, they were knowledgeable and attentive, making the whole process of selling and buying a house much easier. They provided a valuation, a introduction to an interior designer, great photographer and marketing (which resulted in approx 40 viewings). After our first meeting with Angela who listened to us, we had a viewing booked for the home we ended up buying within an hour! Communication was always clear, honest and friendly. Angela kept us informed at every stage and was always available. It was apparent how dedicated and hard working Angela and the team are. Thanks to Forsythe, we have now happily moved into our new home and it was all in such a quick timeframe.
