A great service from the beginning to the end process. Angela always kept my husband and I in the loop with everything that went on during the sale process. buying our first home. Thanks for everything, we are now settled in our first home as a married couple. We highly recommend Forsythe Residential to anyone selling or buying (or both) their home! 😊

The team at Forsythe's handled the sale of our property very well from the first day to the last. Each member of the team was a pleasure to deal with and were always speedy at getting on with the next step in the process. They worked hard to get us to completion. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others in the area.

Fantastic service - far beyond what you would expect to receive from an estate agent. Angela and the team made the process very clear and easy - I couldn't recommend them enough.

I was extremely apprehensive putting my first little home on the market. I had no idea what to expect or how the process worked, but believe me when I say these guys held my hand through the whole process! They got my house sold quickly, and for the price I wanted and were always at the end of the phone/email or even better-whatsapp, which was so handy for someone who works fulltime and has a busy life otherwise. What really struck me was how personable they were and so friendly and professional. They guided me through every stage and gave honest advice and allowed me to draw on their experience. I can't recommend them enough!!

This has been a totally different experience than with any other ‘estate agent’. The team at Forsythe are so friendly, when I go in, it’s more like a chat with friends than the normal ‘ don’t care’ attitude. We have bought and sold through Forsythe’s, and have been kept up to date all the time. Their rates are also excellent and use a fantastic photographer to show your home as it should be. A great big thank you to the whole team.

Thank you to Forsythe Residential for all their help with selling my property. After 13 years I sold my property and they made the process simple to go through. From the start when I met Fiona, she put me at ease and guided me through each step, keeping in touch even when I was just waiting for the sale to go through. Everyone at Forsythe has been really helpful and nice when I have been in contact with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Again, thanks for all the help!

Absolutely outstanding personal, professional and friendly service from everyone at Forsythe Residential. I was so anxious about selling my house, as I did not have a clue where to start or what it entailed. Angela came out to visit my house and talked me through the whole process. Within a few days on the market my house sold. I truly believe their dedicated and professional service is why it sold so quickly. Everyone was available to answer all of my questions and they kept me up to date every step of the way. I will 100% recommend anyone I know wanting to sell or let their house to contact Forsythe, they are absolute experts when it comes to anything to do with buying or selling property. Not to mention every house they sell is stunning! The most down to earth, friendly and professional company I have dealt with.

Forsythe Residential were relatively new on the block when we decided to sell our house. We took a punt on them and are very glad we did, as they were brilliant all the way through from photography for the advert to the sale itself. Couldn't ask for more, and would recommend without hesitation to anyone selling their house.
