Google"It is said that next only to bereavement and divorce, the third most stressful event in a human's life is finding a home to live. But this stressful event could be transformed into a pleasant and meaningful venture. How? Stop at Peter Alan, Whitchurch and get advice from Rachel King, Financial Adviser, who is possibly the most patient and kind estate agent I have met in the past 20 years. She spent nearly an hour and half and took me through some bewildering statistics in searching for the right mortgage. Her kindness did not stop there. She told me of a service they have called - ' Home finder!! ' whereby they would negotiate an offer on your behalf with the vendor even if you have found the property through some other property enterprise. I really could not believe it. It was my good luck that I walked into their office one sunny morning and I have been so grateful for their advice."

Google5 "P's" redefined. All the staff we encountered were Professional, Polite, Positive, Patient and Performed admirably. I would have given up on me if I was them but the patience they showed in a very long sales process, dragged out by us, not them, would have tried a saint. But thoughout they were totally professional, were positive in their approach and polite to all of us. The overall performance was second to none and I would use them again in a flash if the need arises- god forbid. Thanks Peter Alan Whitchurh
