GoogleHad a viewing on a property recently with Peter Alan, hosted by Eve of Whitchurch branch Cardiff, two words (and I’ve had numerous viewings over the years) ‘so good’. Eve was so welcoming, warm and professional, had everything you need in a viewing, guiding, displaying, talking all when required. Very enjoyable indeed. Eve is a credit to was is a long established well presented estate agency. Actually we purchased our family home from Peter Alan I still have the advert paperwork to which I was born in.

Knowledgeable, relaxed and friendly. He provides a zero pressure and comfortable environment in viewings. Whilst we have not found the house (yet) I highly recommend him.

It was not a straight forward sale, and it would have been one of the most stressful times, if it weren’t for all their hard work. Everyone at Peter Alan, Whitchurch made every effort to make it as easy as possible for me, at every stage of the process. I would recommend Peter Alan, Whitchurch to anyone, without hesitation. We found the viewing with David really useful in helping us to understand the potential of the house (I’ve no doubt that it was a much-loved home and it will continue to be). He took the time to answer our questions during the viewing. Mel was really proactive during the sale and understanding and supportive too when we had some delays with our sale. Based on our experience I’d happily recommend Peter Alan to others.

Had a property viewing with Peter Alan Whitchurch which was conducted by Matthew, he was already at the property when we arrived, very professional but also really friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and was clearly knowledgable about the property. He was a pleasure to deal with and is always timely in returning our calls and answering our many questions. To be honest from booking the appointment over the phone with Eve, to using Sophie as our mortgage broker the whole process has been clear and easy. Massive thanks to you all.

GoogleThe staff at Peter Alan Whitchurch have created a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It really is a joy to visit the office as every single member of staff we've spoken to have been lovely. The house viewings we went on were conducted by Matthew who is very friendly, knowledgable, professional and down-to-earth. We've decided to use Sophie's services as mortgage advisor because, much like the rest of the staff at Peter Alan, she's been fabulous, not to mention very patient as my fiancé and I are first time buyers with absolutely no experience in purchasing property: she's guided us through the entire process, explaining everything thoroughly along the way, and she is even responsible for us getting £10,000 off the asking price of a property! Really she should be called Super Sophie :) Thanks Peter Alan Whitchurch for being fab and we both look forward to visiting your office again soon.

GoogleVisited their branch today, following a viewing with Eve. Very impressed with her professionalism. Answered every question, very well organised and was particularly approachable. We also met with Sophie, who was recommended for their mortgage advice service - when they say they have access to exclusive rates, they really do. I would 100% recommend taking the time to visit and hear more about their services. Refreshing experience and would recommend. Also, it was nice to see how well the team worked together, must not miss out Richard and his advice. We felt genuinely looked after.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property in Whitchurch through Peter Alan, Whitchurch and we were very impressed with the service we received. Katie Flook initially arranged and assisted with our first viewing of the property. Katie was extremely helpful, polite and professional while we were viewing the property and this continued through out the purchase of the property. Katie arranged multiple visits without any fuss, even if it was late in the day or even if it was her day off Katie was always willing to assist. This played a significant part in our decision to purchase the property and we are grateful for all her help. I would recommend Peter Alan for sale or purchases of property in this area. Top marks to Katie and all the team at PA Whitchurch. Andy.

GoogleI cannot find words or express my gratitude to the extraordinary support and help by Ms Rachel King, Mortgage Services Consultant at Peter Alan, Whitchurch branch. Ms Rachel King is an outstanding professional, very kind, friendly, knowledgeable but importantly trustworthy and reliable. She gave excellent expert advice in making decisions in our remortgage process but also helping us to find cost effective options. With the process, she always had time to speak to us, support us as well as the multiple meeting we had, due to some challenging processes with some lenders. It was very impressive to see how she was able to accommodate our requests within her busy schedule. She always responded in a quick, timely way for any queries I had, either by calling or through emails. We are very grateful to her input and her time with the remortgage process, but also for her very kind professional way of supporting her customers, appropriately and as needed, sometimes going that extra mile, which could make all the difference to any customer like us. We also had opportunity to meet another senior mortgage advisor with her, who was equally a great professional. Ms R King's consultation style, approach and discussions were excellent. Overall, she is an excellent human being and a great professional, and she is an asset to any organisation she works for. I am sure Peter Alan should be very proud to have outstanding professionals, like her, in their organisation.

GoogleWhat more can I say? I've not been the easiest person to deal with, however Tracey and the team have been great with me. I have to give a shout out to Lisa Owens who kept me sane through this process ( even though I've driven her insane on many a time), she was always a friendly voice with a calming attitude and always listened.I honestly can't thank these girls enough, especially being stressed by the lack of communication from my solicitor. They've always been there to help me. Highly recommend Whitchurch Peter Alan, thanks girls so much 🙂

GoogleThanks to Lisa Owens we managed to complete on 30.11.2018. She went above and beyond chasing the chain to ensure we completed on this date. We were phoning her daily for updates and asking her to chase the chain. this was because unfortunately, the vendor gave incorrect information and didn't pull out of the chain in September so Lisa did have to work hard to ensure we completed. We said in September when we offered on the property that we didn't want a chain and we said at the beginning we have to complete by this date and we only put an offer in because there was no chain but this was hidden from us by the vendor. My only tip for all estate agents is to ensure vendors know what the word 'completion means' because when we completed the vendor hadn't fully moved out and didn't understand why we had the keys, despite all monies being in the appropriate accounts. It also took them a further three days to take everything from the garden so I don't think the vendor understood what selling the house actually meant they had to take everything on the day of completion and hand all keys back!!!!. Thanks Lisa, it was a hard journey but we did manage to meet the deadline.

She was actually acting for our vendors in the sale of their property to us which had many difficult issues that required resolution and a rather ineffective solicitor acting for them. Tracey worked tirelessly to chase progress and was able to regularly update us on matters. Without her, I doubt we would ever have achieved completion, so we are very grateful to her.

GoogleExcellent service from the valuation to sales. All the staff were Professional and Polite. The overall performance was second to non, i was always updated with viewing times. Special shout out to Katie, she was a diamond, very friendly and chatty. She carried out the viewings and was at the house for 6 hours showing buyers around. Nothing was too much for her. Would definitely recommend!!
