GoogleI regret to say that my experience with this agent in the context of property purchase was highly disappointing, and I cannot in good conscience recommend their services. Initially, there were no issues during the viewings. However, when I expressed interest in a property, the agent's communication and responsiveness fell significantly short. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, it took numerous phone calls to prompt any action from the agent in relaying crucial information from the vendor to me as a potential buyer. Even when promises were made to respond promptly, it often took excessive follow-ups to receive any sort of communication. This lack of responsiveness and failure to fulfill promises greatly impacted my interest in the property listed by Hendersons. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially in a transaction as significant as property purchasing. Unfortunately, the breakdown in communication between myself and the agent ultimately led to a loss of interest in a property that had been on the market for a considerable period.

GoogleSadly a disappointing experience. We choose Hendersons in Whitby to sell our home. Fabulous service initially, photos, brochure and advertising beautifully done. Sales team very friendly and accompanied all viewings. Offer received and accepted very quickly. So far so good. Unfortunately this is pretty much where the service ended. Communication regarding progress of sale very poor, updates virtually nil. At times we started to wonder who was working for who. Sale completed relatively quickly in spite of them rather than because of them thanks to a brilliant solicitor and proactive estate agent further up the chain. Avoid if at all possible!

FacebookRecently purchased a property through Hendersons. They were very helpful from start to finish. We had some bumps along the way but Claire went out of her way to sort the problems out even when we were on the verge of pulling out of the sale. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Facebook2 properties sold, 1 temporary rental and 1 waiting to be built, all handled by Nick and the amazing team at Hendersons. They have looked after us while selling a holiday let and our private home, and are still looking after us while our forever home is being built. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market to buy, sell or rent.
Thank you so much! It's been a pleasure to deal with you and look forward to handing over the keys to your dream home! 🏡

FacebookNick and the team were amazing, they sold our house for us then the sale fell through (buyers fault not Henderson’s estates fault) then within a day they had sold it for us again! Customer service levels are brilliant too. Would highly recommend
