GoogleOn behalf of my wife and myself, I would like to formally record our complete satisfaction In respect of the service afforded by Astins Lettings, with regard to our Whitby property. Over a period of some 8 years the letting of our Arundel Howe property was managed by Astins, with a number of tenants oiccupying the property during that period. Astins excelled in terms of sourcing suitable tenants and professionally managed all aspects of the tenancy including the handover process, periodic inspections, central heating servicing etc. Where issues have occurred , matters were quickly resolved to the satisfaction of all parties Mr & Mrs Slack

GoogleHaving relocated to Whitby, Astin's made the process so easy. We were kept in the loop, every step of the way. Dawn worked really efficiently to ensure we landed our dream home in our dream location. We have used 3 or 4 estate agents in the past and I would highly recommend this agency to anyone needing their services.
