A very very helpful service and so much better than other agency's in town without naming names .certainly went the extra mile on particular occasions when we desperately wanted conclusion of the sale which was very distressing for us at times not because of astins I might add but from other parties .all the staff were brilliant but special mention to Isobel as her valuation skills and expertise in carrying out her duties were beyond compare resulting in a sale price far greater than her competitors , not inflated I may add just accurate ,a fact confirmed by we had many buyers wanted it at the asking price , such a pleasant lady as well good luck to all the staff at astins for the future don't think we will need them again as this will be our last move hopefully 🤣but would use them and highly recommend them to anybody .

Not a great experience. We viewed a flat and had an offer accepted, sent all the required proofs that we requested albeit a week later. We then waited a week for a reply and didn't get one. We then find out they didn't reply as they were busy trying to get our offer gazumped, and then tried blaming me. Once i proved them to be wrong they ceased communication All in all a very poor experience

Heather, Carol and all the team were wonderful. Absolutely fabulous service from the moment I barged into the office at the height of Covid stuttering having spotted 'my' cottage which had been posted on Rightmove 5 minutes before and I watched Carole alight from the ladder as she had just put up the picture! The team are incredibly professional, incredibly principled in relation to doing the right thing for their customer who after all is the vendor but were also kind and helped in making sure we were in pole position if a 'battle' ensued. We were given really helpful advice about everything - nothing was too much trouble. This is a very friendly, enthusiatic and dedicated team who managed to obtain a Tenant for our property in record time. Special thanks go to Sara. But thanks also are due to the other ladies who were there to support us in her absence. The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally.
