We had a very good experience buying a property through Cassidy and Tate. Due to some unforeseen circumstances it wasn’t the easiest sale for them I’m sure but the communication throughout has been excellent. Big thanks especially to Duncan Cohen for going above and beyond to help progress the sale, at times drawing on his own network for advice and consultation to do so. Can’t recommend enough and would definitely use again!

Annette and Hannah have recently become our new property managers,we have been with another company for 5 years. Cassidy&Tate are totally different,I cannot believe the prompt efficient service,not at all what we have been used to.The property had been neglected by previous property management team,so there are quite a few little things to be fixed.I cannot praise Annette and Hannah highly enough,thank you for excellent customer/tenant service.

Cassidy and Tate are the best estate agents in St Albans in my view. Nick Doyle knows his stuff. After valuation Nick suggested layout changes to the property and sold it in the first weekend of viewings. Top agent, very professional and knowledgeable about the St Albans market. Ricky & the team were very helpful and responsive throughout the process of renting a flat in St Albans. We moved into the property 2 weeks after the viewing which worked well for us. Only hiccup was not specifying which office we needed to pick the keys up from on the day of the move. Overall the experience with C&T was very positive. Thanks guys!
