I have been dealing with Cassidy & Tate for the past eight years.As a landlord i have always found there letting team to be very efficient and pleasant to deal with.The tenants that they have found have all been excellent,In fact the majority have extended there rental period and in some cases by several years.So we must be doing something right !TJ Wheathampstead

Stuart at Cassidy and Tate was extremely helpful when we were selling our house in St Albans. Very professional photographs were taken and sensible selling price was given. We sold our two bed house after only a couple of viewings and all was hassle free. Great experience. Will use again if we ever decide to move.

Graham at Cassidy and Tate did an excellent job in assisting us to sell our property. It was not a straight forward sale and Graham had to think out of the box on many occasions in order to keep things moving. He was always quick to respond to queries and offer advice.
