I'm trying to get a grip on areas and pricing in St Albans and Harpenden. By chance, I dropped into the St Albans branch yesterday and met Duncan Cohen. He was informative and went far beyond what I would expect from an estate agent. He offered to contact me later in the day with some background information that I needed urgently and was true to his word. I hope he finds to find a suitable property as I would be very happy to buy with Duncan as the agent.
