GoogleWe have to say we are very impressed with Direct Moves of Weymouth. Worked hard selling our property but as problems arose, during the buying and selling process, they took up the challenges and always offered a solution. Even though we where a small chain it did have its moments and it was all sorted in a calm and very professional manner. We would defiantly use there services again.

GoogleYou would think the customer is always right.......... Unfortunately this is not the case when working with Direct Moves. I did not feel special or appreciated as a first time buyer, and felt like a burden because I wasn't willing to fall into the typical sales trap. They hook you in by falsely advertising prices to later upsell and drive commission for personal gain. Would not recommend
I am saddened to read your review. I am very sorry that your offer was rejected today. With all of our properties, it is the owners decision to accept or reject an offer. The marketing price was an instruction from our client, the seller, which is normal procedure and unfortunately on this occasion your offer was not high enough for the owner to agree to. GoogleElliott convinced us to view a house we initially thought we would hate but I am so glad that he did. We put in an offer the same day and the process from Direct Moves side ran smoothly. We did have some issues in other aspects but any moan and groan was dealt with quickly and professionally by Emma to ensure we got the best outcome.

YellBeware Buyers
Beware these estate agents if you are a buyer. They did not require the vendor to provide certificates for fixtures such as the gas boiler, the windows, etc.,exaggerated the market value of the house, and even suggested at a late stage we should pay a further £10,000 for the vendor to move out to alternative accommodation. The key hand over was unprofessional which we remarked on, and ended with Ryan saying he hoped "we enjoyed our new home" in an umistakeably sarcastic tone of voice. Do not use the surveyor they recommend either. He failed to point out things such as a poor flush on the toilet, a glued on handle (which broke off almost immediately), a shower so dated it caused an overflow and no connection of hot water to the mains - just to name a few!

GoogleI viewed some properties through Direct Move and was shown them by Ella. I have bought and sold many properties over the years but have never experienced anyone as enthusiastic and brilliant at pointing things out, i.e. lovely cornicing, storage cupboards etc. that would have gone unnoticed. She is definitely in the right job.

Just started looking for a house and called up most agents in Weymouth. Direct Moves were really friendly and helpful and helped me work out what I can get for my money. Went out on viewing, accompanied by Jonathan. what a lovely chap. So polite. Made my experience really good and I cannot recommend Direct Moves highly enough.
