As a first time buyer I wasnt really sure of what to do at some parts but they were happy to help anyway they could to make the process easy for me. They are also very efficient at getting answer to what I needed.

GoogleMade an appointment to view a property but the vendor was very surprised to see us as Direct Moves hadn't told them we were coming! Called to speak to the Manager who was unavailable, was told he would call me back but two days on still no phone call to explain what went wrong. Would not recommend this company.
