I would recommend Direct Moves without hesitation. They were friendly, approachable, professional and efficient in every aspect of the service they provided. They also work extremely cohesively so you can speak to one member of the team and the message always reaches the right person and/or gets entered on the system for everyone else to see. Direct Moves worked hard to find me a suitable buyer for my house and gave constant feedback throughout the process. One of the most important factors for me when choosing an estate agent - and something that proved to be invaluable - is that they have someone who is dedicated to seeing the sale process through to completion once a buyer has been found. An excellent service from start to finish. I was looking for an apartment for my parents who lived in another town. On contacting Ben for a viewing of an apartment of my choice he recommended that I view another one on his listings that I had not come across online. I am pleased to say that this apartment was ideal for my parents and if it was not for Ben thinking outside the box (mark of a true salesman) we would not have known it existed. An offer was made which was accepted very quickly, no stressful wait, seven weeks later my parents have moved in and are very happy. Thank you for making the process so easy and stress free. Thanks for your patience!
