I engaged with half a dozen different Estate Agents in Weymouth - almost all of them said roughly the same thing: "Oh Mr. Franklin, we shall sell this easily in a few weeks!" , but in the end only DIRECT MOVES actually did put in the effort to identify and qualify a buyer with the propensity to purchase. GoogleDirect Moves have been fantastic with the sale of my property. They have kept me up to date at every step of the way, they always come back to me as soon as possible with answers to my many queries and have returned my calls or emails the same day and have certainly earned their commission. They seem to work harder for their money in our little town than the big chain estate agents which seem to be carried by the larger towns and therefore my experience previously with the chain agents has been appalling on the whole. GoogleThe staff at Direct Moves are courteous, professional and work well as a team. In a difficult market they continuously sought to find a better way of attracting buyers for our house. Emma in particular, examined the website photographs and write ups several times, renewing or amending them as necessary to improve their impact. We were given reports after each viewing and had occasional meetings to discuss alternative marketing options and their likely effect. Overall we were happy with the service we received.

A fantastic service from start to finish. I dealt with several members of the Direct Moves team throughout the process Ryan and Ricky mainly and Jonathan who shown us round. All the team at Direct Moves reassured me and made me feel comfortable throughout my buying experience. Nothing was ever too much of an ask for them and they ensured that I was able to purchase my dream home within a reasonable timeframe as well! A close friend of mine has also recently purchased a property through Direct Moves and we can both agree that we have had an extremely positive experience.Amazing!

GoogleWe have just bought a house sold via Direct Moves. It has been a particularly difficult chain and I've been bowled over by the efforts of Direct Moves, Emma in particular, in moving things along and getting everything sorted. She has been in regular touch with us, and has been instrumental in making progress happen when things have seemed to be stalling. All that AND we got a bottle of wine when we picked up our keys! Believe me, we DO NOT plan to move again any time soon, but if we were to I would definitely go to Direct Moves.
