GoogleCan't speak highly enough of Charlotte at Avenue. A lengthy and complicated purchase made bearable by her professional, empathetic support throughout. Ensuring everyone was kept fully up to date and staying engaged throughout the entire process, liaising between solicitors to facilitate wherever she could, definitely the best estate agent I have encountered.
Dear Helen, thank you so much for your kind review - it is very much appreciated. So pleased we managed to get this across the line for you and look forward to seeing you when you pick up the keys to your new apartment.

GoogleCouldn’t have been happier with the service I received. Harry exceeded all expectations, introducing me to a property that was above and beyond what I thought would be available. Everyone in the office has been incredibly helpful and very responsive. Really couldn’t be happier if I tried! Thank you 😊

GoogleReally unprofessional. Very rude and sceptical about why someone would want a short term let (why offer them if that's the case?). Spurs a conversation about a viewing then never replies.

GoogleProperty not on website!
Dear Mr Chapman, thank you for your review. We are not sure which property you are referring to that is not on our website. We also don't seem to have you registered as an applicant looking for property or a note that you have called to enquiry about any? If you have seen a board but are unable to find it on the website it maybe due to the fact it is a new listing and we are waiting for the marketing material/access for photos etc. If you would like more information on a specific property or indeed like to register with us as looking for a new home please do feel free to contact us. We would be delighted to assist. Kind regards, Charlotte
