Would literally not deal with anyone else! I have let my property with Avenue Sales and lettings for over 15 years so if you are looking to let your property Nick and Harry are definitely the ones to go too ! Having rented several homes through Avenue over the last four years, I can honestly say that they are the best letting agents I’ve ever used. Avenue Sales & Lettings are by far the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. They might be a “fledgling” estate agent but they could definitely teach some of the more established estate agents a thing or two. Their fees were not the cheapest and non-negotiable but you are getting what you paid for. They took time to get to know our reasons for selling and are currently assisting us through another sale. We were selling my husband’s property and our house. The sales process was followed through and we were constantly updated. They were patient when I asked them multiple questions throughout the transaction. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so. Unlike other estate agents their level of service remains right through to completion of the transaction not just up to the point when the offer is agreed. Anyone thinking of selling, especially in the town centre and harbour area should not consider any other estate agent than Avenue Sales & Lettings Professional, Proactive & Personable
