GoogleI have been with Avenue for many years now, firstly renting out my flat and more recently selling it. Throughout the entire process they have been a delight to work with and have always gone above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble and they are always cheerful and friendly and just generally great at their jobs. Have never been without tenants and the tenants have all been great. More recently during the process of selling the flat the sales team have been utterly incredible. Despite having to put the flat on the market more than once and having to put it back up for rent due to issues with lack of EWS1 form they still managed to get the asking price for me in a very uncertain market. Thanks so much guys, you rock. I would whole heartedly recommended Avenue Sales and Lettings.
