GoogleSavills, Weybridge office, handled the probate sale of my Mothers apartment with complete professionalism. Soon after the valuation, which I needed for the probate reasons, Simon Ashwell called me to say he was confident that he had a specific buyer in mind. I said it was early days with the application and he said he, and his very capable team, could manage the process. I agreed to proceed and we exchanged and completed within the six month predicted deadline that the probate application would take. The whole team were compassionate, efficient and I always felt that they were working for us, the vendors. Marvellous job done, lovely buyers too. All in all, this was a first class service.

GoogleWe have been dealing with Savills office in Weybridge since October 2015. Since then, Savills has fully managed 5 lets of our apartment in Weybridge. We are totally happy with the fast response and attention we have always had on any issues relating to our Tenants or servicing of our apartment. Staff at Savills understandably changes from time to time, but the Manager in charge of lettings, Laura Lane, has been there all the time and assists promptly if needed! We are very happy to recommend Savills in Weybridge!
