He then professionally guided us to make our final decision. I purchased a new build property that was marketed through Savills . Although the transaction took longer than anyone involved would have liked , I found that Irfan who was my main contact was always acting as a valued intermediary between buyer and seller , and with the respective solicitors . It is easy to fall into the trap of assuming the agent is mainly taking care of the interests of their client who has appointed them . However , as the buyer in this transaction I never felt that this was the case . Irfan was professional and patient at every stage , and the level of communication throughout was appropriate but not intrusive . Overall I felt that Savills , and Irfan in particular , acted very professionally throughout . Thank you

We recently purchased a property that was being marketed by Savills Weybridge. We were helped on our search by James Phililps and I'd happily recommend both Savills and James to both prospective sellers and buyers. James was not only knowledgeable about the area and the properties we were viewing but was always patient with us and fitting viewings/second viewings was never a problem. Once we'd had an offer accepted James continued to be responsive and helpful when it came to getting questions answered and facilitating visits with contractors etc.

Total fraudulent team. They tried to charge me at the end of tenancy for cleaning when in fact the flat was left in perfect condition. I won of course through the TDS but it took 3 months to claim my full deposit back. I recently received an email from savills stating they were just working on their clients behalf. So rest assured if their client wants them to commit fraud and a totally unfit claim against you, Savills will enforce it and are happy to follow along. You have been warned. Update to reply - Even if you are committing fraud Laura, you are still happy to work on behalf of the landlord? Seems so. You tried to claim for items I messaged savills about, I proved that there was no claim there, you ignored me. You basically knew there was no claim but put it forward on the basis that you hoped I would not fight it. The adjudicator even said that you and landlord were trying to get a betterment for the apartment.
