Original advice from Laura was spot on, Jade did an excellent job throughout the letting process including handling negotiations to get us what we wanted and Mandy was absolutely outstanding in organising pre-letting repairs and redecoration which were outside her post let management responsibilities but were an enormous help to us.

GoogleWe went to Savills because we wanted to give our apartment the best chance of a sale. Although during valuation we debated the price we did however agree on the right figure in the end. The price along with the high quality pictures ensured we had a number of potential buyers very quickly. Then it is down to the staff selling the property. Savills people were all very professional. Sam Major managed the process overall and of particular note was Irfan Reza, although technically an apprentice he developed a good Rapport with the clients and the eventual buyer trusted him implicitly. Result a very quick sale at the price we wanted
