Last year 2018 December, when we looked for a house to buy in Weybridge, at that time we know nothing about Weybridge but just feel this area is quiet and peaceful. So, we randomly chose an Estate Agent to ask for information. Thanks God. God led us to the right place and right person.
The person who came to serve us is a very beautiful and charming girl called Abby - Abigail Tate. To be honest, she really looks like a movie super star. And amazingly she is an experienced agent and familiar with this market very much. After few questions asking us, she immediately sorted out the suitable houses for us to select. Furthermore, her colleagues Debbie and Olivia are also very nice, friendly and helpful.
Moreover, when buying a house, it involves a very long process of “ask and reply” procedures. Abby many times helped us to solve the difficulties. Her response is very fast. Even though we asked some simple and naïve questions, she is still patient to realize what we concern. Therefore, from 1st time visiting the house to finally signing the conveyancing contract, it only took 2 months to complete.
