GoogleThe usual rental process with involved contracts - which few seem to read, biased towards the landlord etc. and all the stresses of moving was greatly improved by the friendliness of the staff and .... a basket of "home essentials" - coffee, tea and even a mug! Much appreciated and a gesture not seen anymore
