The best letting agency for Military!

I’ve lived in Newmarket for 4 years and the Jackson Stops Staff has been nothing short of amazing! Being Active Military you hear of the horror stories with letting agents and I have had zero issues. I deployed 3 times while here and each time Paula & Jodie stopped by my apartment, checked on it, adjusted the thermostat if needed & they checked on me as well. They really treat you like family. Even during my move out inspection I hired a bad cleaning company and they reported the company to base housing to help other service members not use them as well. They truly care & go above and beyond if I could have stayed 4 more years I would have stayed in my apartment! I’ll miss Peel House & The Jackson’s Stops Team in Newmarket. If your Active Duty & you want a smooth transition in and out I highly recommend this company! I’ve lived overseas for 10 years & i’ve never had a better experience than HERE!

We had rented a property for six years with Jackson-Stops that they managed. In the last 15 years they were the only agent we had come across with that provided a service second to none. Always professional and highly responsive from start to finish. Lesley from the Weybridge branch is the most helpful property manager ever, saving us all the stress knowing that we are in safe hands and well looked after. I can honestly say that we have stayed for that many years in that property because of her service way and beyond. Best in Mid Sussex!

Toby, Guy and Alice deserve every success. Selling houses is not easy but they really maintained positivity and creativity throughout the whole process. Unfortunately we gave them a real curveball with a tricky neighbour but they dealt with the issue and smoothed out the process to successful completion. I don't think anyone else would have been able to achieve this. They are a pleasure deal with and will go that extra mile to make things happen. Their advice was spot on from beginning to end and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend - 10/10 service!

We recently sold our house via the Dorking branch of Jackson-Stops and can highly recommend them. Their service was excellent, from the valuation to advice, they were highly professional from start to finish. Perhaps their most impressive skill is their communication, always one step ahead of us, they kept us informed and offered advice all along the way. This is true of the whole team but in particular 100% excellent service was delivered by Chris Fairclough, whose advice, calm steering and all round friendly sound service was second to none. Please use them!

A first class organisation

From my initial contact with Jackson Stops office in Sevenoaks I have been totally impressed at the sheer professionalism of every member of staff I have dealt with. Having never let out a property before I was a complete novice and no question from me was ever ignored no matter how trivial it was. Communication from day one was excellent and continues to be so. They clearly know the local market as my property was let within a few days of being advertised. I'm also benefitting from their full management service which takes a great weight off my mind. Although my thanks go mainly to Isabelle and Helen as they are dealing with me, the rest of the team when I have had dealings with them have been similarly impressive.

Very satisfied customer who bought and sold back to back

I managed to sell my home of 19 years and buy an exceptionally wonderful smaller home, both through Jacksons in Dorking. Jacksons generated significant real interest in my home and ensured it was pictured well, displaying it's positives and advising me along the way. We managed to back 2 back the deals and while there were some difficulties down one end of the short chain, the communication was quick, clear and I was always fully informed - facing no surprises. In the event that I was selling or indeed buying again, I would be happy to deal with the Jackson team - all were very impressive and focused on getting the deals over the line with minimum stress.

I have recently purchased a property which was being marketed by Jackson-Stops. The agent I dealt with was very friendly, he arranged viewings quickly and was very attentive during the whole process- helping me with any queries I had along the way. I can honestly say,every member of the staff in all branches have been more than helpful,and pleasant. Estate agents having,what is usually a well deserved reputation,we have not once come upon any of that condescending attitude,which has become expected,of the breed ! Professional, proactive, courteous

When I bought my property in Buckland in 2007, I was so impressed by Jackson-Stops Dorking that I vowed to sell via them when the time came in late 2020. I did consult other agencies but didn't find them convincing. I didn't need them to "gush" over my property but I did want them to be enthusiastic and this is where I felt JS had the edge. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, lively, pragmatic and savvy; they priced the house correctly and managed the offers that came in professionally. My expectations were managed throughout the process. As the sale was linked to a divorce, there were several hurdles, all of which JS managed with good humour. And they even managed to find my next home! They let me know the minute a perfect cottage came onto the market in right area. JS don't just sell property, they guide the customer through the process. If you are looking for a professional firm that employs experts staff then you should look at Jackson-Stops.
