Highly recommend Jackson-Stops

I worked very closely with Lottie Watts and she ensured that the sale of my house and purchase of my new house went as smoothly as possible. Even though there were a couple of hiccups along the way, Lottie did not expect me to deal with anything, she absolutely took the stress out of the process by being available to speak to all parties and resolved the issues with the minimum of fuss. I would fully recommend using Jackson-Stops to either purchase a property form, or sell your property. I sold and moved into my new house within 4 months of my house going on the market.

Very good service from Toby Davies and the Jackson Stops team. Toby was very patient through what was a stop-start search for a house but consistently provided a list of available properties and was able to facilitate when we found the one we wanted. The process from offer to exchange was great with Toby showing a full understanding when we had to go slightly slower than others in the chain had wished. Been recently been purchasing a property with Jackson Stops.Got to point of exchange but had a few issues came up from searches which hadn't been told before tried to get Stephen Cheshire to contact myself but no response only to come to a Friday to be asked are you going to exchange at time had concerns which needed answers.There response was just to put back on market and no response to my email.Even last Friday contacted Stephen and asked if property still available was told yes and sent long email.Noticed today been sold again.Basically been treated very poorly and basically rude.I'm sorry my mother was taken ill on the Friday you asked for exchange but I did email to no response back same as for last Monday.Very unprofessional not even being told vendor was selling elsewhere.

Just the most perfect letting agents ever!!!

Booked a viewing of a property in Knutsford via the Alderley Edge branch.We arrived at our viewing only to find out our viewing had not been booked in the system and we couldn't view the property! The branch manager called me to apologise and she was dumbfounded at what had happened. Clearly the staff member had agreed our viewing but had forgot to book us in, was made to think I was the problem. Terrible service, avoid if possible.

I was not able to make the purchase thru Jackson Stops, but my meeting and conversations with members of the Weybridge ofc were so professional, immediate and helpful in a friendly manner. A marked difference from other estate agents. Justine was particularly knowledgeable about the market and has an engaging personality. Last year I was intending to move to Reigate and contacted many estate agents in the area. The most forthcoming and the company most helpful was Jackson-Stops. Our agent Joe went above and beyond to make the process as simple and speedy as possible- he kept us updated and informed throughout what can, in some instances, be quite a stressful process/waiting period, answered any questions and queries we had as quickly as possible, and was very thorough in explaining everything they needed from us. Joe even went so far as to sent us photographic instructions when it came to document signing, this was especially helpful as working together but remotely was preferable to numerous office visits during this years Covid lockdown and restrictions.
