Alice Creighton from Jackson - Stops visited my property last month, she was on time , polite and professional . Alice accompanied me around the property and listened to the problems I had . I felt very supported as she took photos and listened. After Alice’s visit I was quickly contacted by the relevant professionals to complete the works, I was really impressed at how quickly this was arranged . I had to contact Alice a few times with a couple of queries over the past few weeks and her reply has always been quick and informative, and minor problems solved instantly .I’m very impressed with the service that Alice provided , and feel secure that any future issues dealt with just as efficiently.

GoogleJustine has played a key role in the initial phase of our house search. She has fantastic knowledge of the area and really took our "wants" and "wishes" into account when considering houses for us to view; each viewing has been so helpful and informative. Justine also has a really personable and calm manner which definitely made us feel we were in safe hands for house hunting - which is quite a stressful process in itself - and so having her expertise to guide us through parts of our search has been hugely reassuring!

Our objective last October when we approached Jackson-Stops to market our property was to achieve a sale as soon as possible. Market conditions were not favourable and even deteriorated over the winter months. Despite this, Karl Ormerod approached the challenge professionally, liaising with us throughout the process and communicating regularly (not always during standard office hours). Sadly 1 star. My experience with them is they are dishonest and will work within legal frameworks whilst lying to you. Bought a non primary residence in the Cotswolds with them recently, was told the oven was an everhot.. it’s not, it’s a smeg. Was told the property had previously been under offer at the same price.. it hadn’t, it was 150k lower, found out through severe googling this week. Was told the house had been surveyed and ready to go (we of course carried out our own) and lots of issues came up they knew about and didn’t flag. MOST ashamedly, they accepted out of asking and then AFTER doing all of the background checks and mortgage offer etc etc etc they told us that the house had an outstanding land issue (known about by them months before offer was made) that required hundreds of thousands of pounds to be paid to resolve and had no immediate timeline.

A Fantastic team, lead by Anthony Jevons at The Hale office meant the sale of our property went smoothly from start to finish. The house was sold STC within 72 hours of agreeing to use Jackson Stops and the sale completed today without a hitch. Although more expensive than quotes from other agents in the area it was well worth it and certainly money well spent. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency and Anthony Jevons in particular

Freddie Dryden from the Lindfield office gave us great personal attention and followed through on all aspects of the sale. We had already tried to sell through another agent without success. Freddie sold the house within weeks and was diligent in communicating status of sales process and following up with the buyer enabling a relatively quick sale

GoogleProfessional service and friendly staff. During the viewing the estate agent doing on viewing knew the answers to all questions I asked and was really friendly. During the process agreeing a Let for a property, Jack Morgan, kept in constant communication and super friendly. Other members of the team including Oscar who I also dealt with where and friendly as Jack. Overall very happy with my experience.
