GoogleIf you read the reviews and think it's fishy that all the good reviews only happened a week ago then go with your gut. They tell you they'll complete in 4 weeks, they drag it out costing you thousands extra in mortgage payments and other costs. They reduce the offer price. They tell you they'll exchange contracts by a certain date then don't get back to you so you don't know you haven't exchanged. Promised completion dates postponed without agreement but you aren't told until they decide to exchange so you can't pull out. Honestly the worst company ever. They are initially all very nice but then near exchange they'll call you but not let you speak trying to railroad you. Sadly my other half is a push over and they took full advantage of that fact.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

We can assure you however that we always complete as quickly as possible, and we don't try drag out any transactions, as we're all about the speed of the purchase and trying to turn properties around quickly. On the question about our reviews, they do often come in quick succession, this is because we ask customers to review us on different platforms, so we can ensure that our reviews are spread across a variety of trustworthy platforms on the web, including Google Reviews, Trustpilot and Reviews.co.uk. GoogleThe team at YourNest are friendly and helpful. I had a few unforeseen issues during my tenancy and they did their best to resolve these for me. Also a very quick turnaround to receive my deposit back at the end of my tenancy.

GoogleFrom the first time I contacted the property buying company, they have been nothing other than a pleasure to deal with. I would reccomend this conpany to anyone. Special rewards should go to the 3 people I have mainly dealt with, Chris who came and saw the property initially was a total professional and very helpful, then onto Raphael who has kept me updated every step of the way at least once a week since my initial approach. But the diamond in the bunch is Natalie in the progession department, this lady has kept me sane and onboard with the sale when I was at my wits end not with The Property Buying company but another company whom nearly cost us the sale. Natalies determination and energy brought the sale to a satisfactory conclusion by her sheer tenacity and wanting to keep me the customer happy. Natalie thank you from me again. All at the company thank you and long may you be a market leader in customer service. I work in retail and would be proud to be associated with Colleagues like these. Thank you all again.

GoogleI can't speak highly enough of the excellent, and certainly over-and-above, service we have received Ben and Sarah. They found us great new tenants for our buy-to-let and even lent us a washing machine and fridge on the day they moved in as we had forgotten to buy them. Ben also sourced, delivered and fitted the new ones for us as we live in Somerset - amazing! My son also has properties that they manage and he has also experienced the same superb service. Well done team.
