The staff were very professional and in my experience much better than any estate agents I have dealt with before. We had viewings within a day and we sold the house very fast. GoogleWe moved our properties to YourNest’s management having felt let down by our previous agents. We have been extremely pleased with their professional approach, they respond quickly to our queries and our tenants’ needs, the paperwork we receive is clear, well presented and timely and we are confident that they have everything in hand. We have found them the be very fair to the tenants and believe that while they know the importance of protecting our investment, they are understanding of the fact that living in a rented property for a period will result in some wear and tear and have taken account of this on behalf of the tenant where it is reasonable and expected. We feel they broker a good, balanced relationship between us and our tenants and we highly recommend them.
