GoogleI recently changed management for my property to be managed by YourNest and found the process of the last few months very easy. Ben and Sarah have been extremely helpful for any queries I've had. I feel at ease knowing they're looking after my house.

Hi Ayla, my understanding is you moved into a house share and then requested to move room which we could not accommodate as the room you wanted was let, then you requested a rent reduction a week after you moved in which we also couldn’t accommodate especially as your utilities are included and given the increase in bills. It’s not that we are being unresponsive it is just that we cannot give you the answer you want. Our phones are always on and our doors always open you are welcome to come chat to us anytime.

GoogleWouldn’t give me an offer until I placed my number and email. Still didn’t receive an online offer. Now I am constantly receiving numerous calls and emails about this. Dont say you can get an offer online when this is not true.
